Project: The company, currently having a migration project from Lotus Notes to Exchange. The team supports 10.000+ Users on 15+ Exchange Mail Servers. User migration already completed, currently they working on the shared mailbox migration. Tasks: post migration troubleshooting (both on client- and Server Side). Working hours: 2 shifts, Monday-Friday, 6am-10pm Responsibilities/activities: Level 1 Service Desk, L2 Field Service and L3 Mobility & Collaboration Operational Support Solution deployment in production. User Acceptance, User related, Performance and Loading testing Performance Fixes...
