As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant. You provide the right management to meet all product and client s requirements. Based on incoming orders, you make an accurate production forecast for the coming days weeks, and ensure the availability of all necessary raw materials. You make sure that the manufacturing targets are reached in terms of quantity and you minimise the number of quality failures. You develop a maintenance plan for the equipment, and you install the right training and development procedures for our team of operators....
